Do I need to be a runner?
No. All paces are welcome. Start where you are and choose the effort that feels right.

What should I wear?
Wear comfortable layers and shoes you can move in. Modest athletic wear is always at home here.
Is RUH only for Muslims?
Women of every background are welcome. Faith is part of RUH's center, and the community is built with care and respect.
Does it cost to join?
Joining the community is free. Organized races may have their own entry fees.
